US Sues Quaker, Others For Calif. Enviro Costs

Law360, New York (January 18, 2011, 4:22 PM ET) -- The federal government and California's Department of Toxic Substances Control have slapped Quaker Chemical Corp., Mammoet Western Inc. and several others with a lawsuit seeking to recover more than $12.5 million in environmental response costs connected to a Superfund site.
