Law360, New York (January 19, 2011, 8:09 PM ET) -- Marvell Semiconductor Inc., Cirrus Logic Inc. and seven other technology companies have been hit with a suit that alleges their products violate two computer memory management patents held by Advanced Processor Technologies LLC.
Frisco, Texas-based APT filed suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Tuesday, alleging that the companies manufacture or sell infringing products that contain processors with memory management units or data processors that contain the units.
