9th Circ. Refuses To Rehear Grazing Rights Appeal

Law360, New York (January 19, 2011, 3:15 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit refused on Wednesday to reconsider its ruling that grazing regulations proposed by the federal Bureau of Land Management during the Bush administration violated the Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act.
