Dairy Co-Ops Call Antitrust Settlement A Bad Deal

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 1:40 PM EST) -- Two dairy farmer cooperatives accused of conspiring with milk processors to create a monopoly have challenged Dean Foods Co.’s attempt to settle out of the class action, saying it would unfairly benefit class members who aren’t co-op members.
