Dillard's Faces Class Action Over Background Checks

Law360, New York (January 20, 2011, 2:06 PM EST) -- A former Dillard’s Inc. dock worker has filed a putative class action accusing the department store chain of breaching federal consumer law when it hired and fired employees based on the results of background checks.
