Chitron Boss Should Get 10 Years, Prosecutors Say

Law360, New York (January 21, 2011, 2:05 PM EST) -- The president of Chitron Electronics Inc. deserves up to 10 years in prison for putting U.S. military technology in Chinese hands, prosecutors say.

Zhen Zhou “Alex” Wu knowingly circumvented U.S. military export laws and sold restricted technology to entities with ties to the Chinese military, putting U.S. national security at risk, the government argued in a brief filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
