Sullivan & Cromwell Announces Return Of Spring Bonus

Law360, New York (January 24, 2011, 7:48 PM EST) -- Sullivan & Cromwell LLP has reportedly announced it will hand out spring checks for associates to supplement the bonuses they received in December, marking the first time it has done so since 2009.

The firm announced the bonuses in a memo Friday from chairman Joseph Shenker, the blog Above The Law reported.

Sullivan & Cromwell had hinted at the possibility of the spring perk after announcing in December that it would meet the benchmark set by Cravath Swaine & Moore LLP for 2010 year-end bonuses....
