DLA Piper Can't Rep Netlist In Inphi Patent Suit: Judge

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 1:53 PM EST) -- A federal judge has disqualified law firm DLA Piper, which once represented semiconductor company Inphi Corp., from representing Netlist Inc. in a lawsuit brought by Inphi over two memory interface technology patents. 

Judge Dale Fischer of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California granted Inphi's bid to disqualify DLA Piper due to a conflict of interest in an order dated Monday. 

On Nov. 22 Inphi moved to have DLA Piper disqualified because of the firm's representation of Inphi for certain international tax matters....
