Dorsey Wins $2M From ClearOne For Perjury Case Fees

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 6:40 PM EST) -- A Utah judge has ruled that ClearOne Communications Inc. owes Dorsey & Whitney LLP more than $2 million in a contract dispute over attorneys' fees for defending a former executive who was convicted of perjury in a securities fraud case.
