9th Circ. Upholds World Vision Terminations On Appeal

Law360, New York (January 25, 2011, 7:14 PM EST) -- The Ninth Circuit has upheld its ruling that faith-based humanitarian organizations are exempt from the Civil Rights Act’s prohibition against religious discrimination in hiring, in a case brought by former World Vision Inc. employees who were fired for their beliefs.
