Battling Weight Bias In The Workplace

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 1:04 PM ET) -- The concept of weight discrimination in the workplace is an underdeveloped area of the law. However, two recent lawsuits are instructive in terms of where the law may be heading in the future, and how weight interrelates with existing disability discrimination laws.
