Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 3:02 PM ET) -- Plaintiffs are seeking final approval of a $40 million settlement in a multidistrict litigation alleging a group of moving companies including Atlas Van Lines Inc. and United Van Lines LLC fixed fuel surcharge prices.
The plaintiffs filed a motion for certification of a settlement class and final approval of the deal in the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina on Tuesday.
