Law360, New York (January 26, 2011, 7:40 PM ET) -- KBR Inc. was hit Wednesday with a putative class action alleging it denied overtime pay to workers at an Archer Daniels Midland Co. corn processing plant in Iowa.
The complaint, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Iowa, claims KBR and its predecessor BE&K Inc. have willfully violated the Fair Labor Standards Act by failing to compensate hourly workers for time spent performing work-related tasks.
