Obama Resubmits Hot-Button Labor, Trade Nominees

Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 1:50 PM EST) -- President Barack Obama has renominated several previous recess appointees for full terms in top international trade and labor posts, including controversial former union attorney and interim National Labor Relations Board appointee Craig Becker.

The 38 nominees sent to the U.S. Senate late Wednesday were all previously submitted by the White House during the 111th Congress to fill various top-level trade, labor, economic and other policy and oversight posts.
