Law360, New York (January 27, 2011, 3:03 PM ET) -- A federal judge has shot down the dismissal bids of four men accused by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission of running an insider trading ring with World Fuel Services Corp. stock that garnered them more than $1 million.
Judge Marcia G. Cooke denied the motions to dismiss in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida on Thursday, rebuffing the efforts of World Fuel executive Steven Scoppetuolo, former executive Robert Tocci, Eric Gordon and broker Sarang Ahuja to escape the suit.
