US Hits Back At Ex-Seyfarth Atty's Dismissal Bid

Law360, New York (January 28, 2011, 3:29 PM EST) -- The U.S. government is blasting the “meritless” dismissal bid of a Chicago tax lawyer and former Seyfarth Shaw LLP partner accused of using illegal tax shelters to generate more than $370 million in fictitious deductions for his customers.
