Gov't Contract Auditors Push Risk-Targeted Exams

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 6:15 PM EST) -- Focusing federal contracting audits on the highest-risk, largest-value awards may help do more to contain waste and fraud with an auditing work force already stretched thin by resource cuts and staff freezes, experts told a U.S. Senate panel Tuesday.
