Judge Sanctions Roxane In Asacol Patent Suit

Law360, New York (January 31, 2011, 8:11 PM ET) -- A federal judge has ruled that Roxane Laboratories Inc. must pay some of the expert and attorneys' fees for the plaintiffs in a patent dispute over inflammatory bowel drug Asacol as punishment for concealing a batch of its generic version.
