Law360, New York (February 01, 2011, 8:13 PM ET) -- Canadian patent-licensing company Wi-Lan Inc. has reached settlements with Netgear Inc., Lenovo Inc. and four other companies in a wireless technology patent suit, and expected to settle with the remaining defendants in advance of an upcoming trial.
Wi-Lan on Monday announced that it agreed to separate settlements with Marvell Semiconductor Inc., 2Wire Inc., Belkin International Inc., Westell Technologies Inc., Netgear and Lenovo to resolve their roles in pending litigation in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
