Tyson Don, Doff Action To Head To Trial

Law360, New York (February 01, 2011, 1:37 PM ET) -- A federal judge has denied summary judgment motions from both sides in a collective action brought by Tyson Foods Inc. employees over the meat processor's alleged refusal to pay them for time spent donning and doffing protective gear.
