Anadarko Reaches Deal With US On Tronox Docs

Law360, New York (February 1, 2011, 3:59 PM EST) -- Anadarko Petroleum Corp. has reached an agreement with the U.S. government to obtain most of the documents it sought related to hundreds of environmental cleanup sites implicated in the bankruptcy of Tronox Inc.

Lawyers for the petroleum giant told Judge Allan L. Gropper on Tuesday in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York that they may no longer need a ruling on a motion to compel the documents, having worked out most of the disagreements.
