Law360, New York (February 01, 2011, 3:49 PM ET) -- The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is investigating information that officials from Pennsylvania's debt-ridden capital Harrisburg provided to investors in the municipal bond market.
Chuck Ardo, a spokesman for Mayor Linda D. Thompson, told Law360 on Tuesday that the cash-strapped city has been providing the SEC documents related to the examination for the past several weeks.
