Oil Giants Conspiring To Discourage Biofuel, Suit Says

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 2:03 PM EST) -- A manufacturer of vegetable oil-based diesel fuel has launched a suit accusing Exxon Mobil Corp., Chevron Corp. and other major oil companies of conspiring to promote a new industry standard aimed at discouraging the use of biofuels.
