3rd Circ. Backs Arbitration In Asbestos Coverage Row

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 2:59 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit has upheld a district judge's decision to order arbitration to settle asbestos coverage claims between insulation installer Geo. V. Hamilton Inc. and its insurer Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Co.
