EPA Gets W.Va.'s Mining Permit Suit Sent To DC

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 5:33 PM EST) -- The federal government has won its bid to transfer to the District of Columbia a suit brought by West Virginia alleging the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency blocked coal mining permits in the Appalachian region.
