Law360, New York (February 02, 2011, 6:22 PM ET) -- Graco Children's Products Inc. has asked the U.S. International Trade Commission to investigate strollers with infant retention devices and playards imported from China by Baby Trend Inc., a competitor Graco says is infringing five of its patents.
Graco's complaint, lodged Tuesday, seeks an investigation and orders barring Baby Trend from importing products including its Free Style stroller and Nursery Center playard.
