Law360, New York (February 02, 2011, 6:43 PM ET) -- SanDisk Corp. has reached a patent cross-licensing agreement with Imation Corp., bringing to a close two patent cases against Imation.
The Milpitas, Calif.-based flash memory maker announced the settlement Tuesday, adding that details of the deal with Imation were confidential.
The company filed a motion for voluntary dismissal of claims against Imation in two separate patent cases in January. Both cases were located in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin.
