Druyun Docs Will Be Part Of L-3 Bid Protest

Law360, New York (February 2, 2011, 7:56 PM EST) -- A federal judge has ruled that the results of a government investigation into rogue procurement officer Darleen Druyun can be considered as part of a bid protest by L-3 Communications Integrated Systems LP over two aircraft contracts.

Judge Mary Ellen Coster Williams of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims ruled in February 2010 that the administrative record could be supplemented with documents from the investigation of Druyun, who served as the U.S. Air Force's top procurement official before pleading guilty to violations of conflict-of-interest laws....
