UnitedHealth Wants GSK Paxil Case Back In State Court

Law360, New York (February 03, 2011, 3:59 PM ET) -- UnitedHealth Group Inc. is seeking to send its case against GlaxoSmithKline LLC over the cost of treating injuries allegedly caused by Avandia and Paxil back to state court, arguing GSK prematurely removed the putative class action to federal court.
