Fed. Circ. Nixes General Dynamics' $27M Radio Suit Win

Law360, New York (February 4, 2011, 7:02 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit has spared the U.S. government from paying General Dynamics Corp. $27 million in damages after finding that the defense industry contractor waived its right to reject the government’s orders under a contract for modular radios.
