Congress Must Address Secret Ballot Changes: Attys

Law360, New York (February 11, 2011, 8:26 PM EST) -- Passage of the Secret Ballot Protection Act would be preferable to the National Labor Relations Board challenging states' constitutional amendments guaranteeing secret ballots in union elections, partners from Jones Day and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP told a House subcommittee Friday.
