GE Defends Wind Turbine Patents In Fed. Circ.

Law360, New York (February 10, 2011, 2:04 PM ET) -- General Electric Co. tried to persuade the Federal Circuit on Thursday that the U.S. International Trade Commission wrongly ruled that Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Ltd. did not infringe three of its patents for wind turbine technology.

The administrative law judge in the case, whose findings the ITC overturned, consistently rejected Mitsubishi's claim construction arguments, GE attorney William Lee said.
