Law360, New York (February 07, 2011, 4:51 PM ET) -- Hewlett-Packard Co. has fired off a legal broadside at the plaintiffs in a putative class action accusing the computer maker of breaching employment contracts by failing to pay sales representatives commissions and bonuses.
HP filed separate motions for summary judgment in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California on Friday against plaintiffs Jeffrey Johnson, Jennifer Riese, Shaun Simmons and James Purvis, arguing they lacked proof that the company had deprived them of even a penny of earned incentive pay.
