Noteholders Challenge $1.1B Dish Bid For DBSD

Law360, New York (February 7, 2011, 3:24 PM EST) -- A noteholders group has mounted an attack on Dish Network Corp.'s proposal to take over bankrupt DBSD North America Inc. for $1.1 billion, telling a judge to expect a long and contentious hearing over the bid.
