Law360, New York (February 08, 2011, 5:35 PM ET) -- Nestle USA Inc. is battling plaintiffs’ effort to force Nestle Canada Inc. to hand over documents and executives' testimony for discovery in a multidistrict litigation over alleged price-fixing in the chocolate industry.
On Monday, Nestle continued to oppose the plaintiffs’ bid in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania to have the Ontario Superior Court of Justice secure testimony and documents from Nestle Canada amid allegations that a cartel fixed chocolate prices for years.
