Northrop Revives JMOL Bid In Pegasus Copyright Suit

Law360, New York (February 09, 2011, 8:39 PM ET) -- A judge has revived a bid by Northrop Grumman Corp. for judgment as a matter of law in Pegasus Imagining Corp.'s copyright suit accusing the defendants of breaching an agreement and using Pegasus' software in a contract with the U.S. Department of Defense.

Judge James D. Whittemore of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida signed off on an order Tuesday granting Northrop's motion for reconsideration, less than a month after a mistrial derailed the case.
