Foley & Lardner Patent Attorney Convicted Of Evading Traffic Officer

Law360, New York (September 26, 2004, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A partner in Foley & Lardner’s intellectual property department faces possible jail time after being convicted of driving away from a traffic officer and leading the officer on a brief pursuit.

A jury in San Diego Superior Court, North County Division found the Foley & Lardner partner guilty of evading an officer with reckless driving, child endangerment and resisting arrest. All of the offenses are misdemeanors.
