Law360, New York (February 11, 2011, 2:53 PM ET) -- SimpleAir Inc. has agreed to drop Facebook Inc. from an infringement suit the patent-holding company brought against a dozen big-name defendants over network messaging and updating technology.
There’s no mention of a settlement or licensing agreement between the two companies in the joint order for dismissal approved Thursday by Magistrate Judge Charles Everingham in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
