Senate Bill Would Ease Drug Imports, Boost Inspection

Law360, New York (February 11, 2011, 5:12 PM EST) -- A new bill introduced by Sen. Olympia Snowe, R-Maine, would make it easier to import prescription drugs into the U.S. while giving the U.S. Food and Drug Administration more power and money to inspect foreign pharmaceutical manufacturing plants.
