Pillsbury Winthrop Plucks Howrey IP Atty

Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 7:27 PM EST) -- An intellectual property attorney has jumped from struggling Howrey LLP to Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP, where he will mainly represent high tech West Coast companies in patent litigation.

Pillsbury announced Friday that Duane Mathiowetz would join the firm's IP practice as a partner in its San Francisco office.
