Law360, New York (February 14, 2011, 7:03 PM ET) -- A federal jury has ordered Argentum Medical LLC and its top executives to pay $3.25 million for bringing an infringement suit over a wound dressing patent against Noble Biomaterials Inc.
The jury awarded $1 million in compensatory damages as well as ordering Argentum CEO Gregg Silver to pay $1.25 million in punitive damages and Argentum President Thomas Miller to pay $1 million in punitive damages, according to documents filed Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
