Valeant Must Share In Lilly Defense Costs, Judge Says

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 4:08 PM EST) -- A federal judge has determined that an agreement requires Valeant Pharmaceuticals International Inc. to assume full cost-sharing obligations, including the payment of all defense costs, in product liability cases involving Eli Lilly & Co.'s discontinued Parkinson's drug Permax.
