Naked Cowboy Sues CBS Over 'Beautiful' Character

Law360, New York (February 15, 2011, 7:46 PM ET) -- The Naked Cowboy has filed a trademark infringement suit against CBS Corp. over an episode of “The Bold and the Beautiful” that included a “drunk and sexually charged” character dressed in the New York street performer's signature garb.

The Naked Cowboy, whose real name is Robert Burck, filed a complaint Monday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York seeking $1.5 million for the unwanted exposure.
