Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 1:25 PM ET) -- Abbott Laboratories and Laboratoires Fournier SA have dropped their patent suit seeking to block Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd. from marketing a generic version of their cholesterol drug TriCor, bringing an end to one of several suits over the drug.
