Health Care Law Cripples Federalism, Va. AG Says

Law360, New York (February 16, 2011, 2:09 PM EST) -- Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli told federal lawmakers Wednesday that if the U.S. Supreme Court rejects constitutional challenges to health care reform, Congress could gain authority to order people to buy a wide swath of goods, from cars to broccoli.
