Fashionista Devi Kroell Sued Over New Label

Law360, New York (February 17, 2011, 2:51 PM EST) -- The investors who own Devi Kroell Inc. have sued the company's departed namesake to stop her from running a rival fashion label, saying that they spent $20 million on the Devi Kroell brand and that she violated a noncompete agreement.
