Judge Lets MissPERS Back In $950M RBS Fraud Suit

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 6:03 PM ET) -- A federal judge in New York has granted a Mississippi fund's request to remain a plaintiff in a $950 million securities fraud suit against Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC because the lead plaintiff did not acquire certain preferred shares related to the fund's claims.
