GAO Tosses US Bank Protest Against GSA

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 3:38 PM EST) -- The U.S. Government Accountability Office has dismissed U.S. Bank NA's protest accusing the U.S. General Services Administration of improperly awarding a task order to Citibank for third-party payment services under a federal freight shipping program.
