US Joins KBR False Claims Suit Over Iraq Job

Law360, New York (February 18, 2011, 7:24 PM EST) -- The federal government said Friday that it had intervened in a suit brought by a former KBR Inc. employee alleging the company paid a subcontractor in Iraq for materials for which it was later unable to account.
