Howrey Loses Two More IP Partners

Law360, New York (February 22, 2011, 6:32 PM EST) -- Two intellectual property-focused partners are leaving Howrey LLP, joining the mass of attorneys bolting toward the exits at the firm.

Levenfeld Pearlstein LLC picked up veteran Howrey litigator Michael P. Padden, and Ropes & Gray LLP confirmed that it picked up Howrey intellectual property trial lawyer James Batchelder.

The hiring firms both confirmed the moves Tuesday.
